What's so special about Arden Manor?
The homes in this Sacramento community were built around 1951. The 3 bedroom homes are 1081 square feet and the 2 beds are about 985 square feet. The 3 beds have fireplaces and the two beds do not. They came with a 1 car garage. Many of the homes have been modified by now. A popular modifictaion was to convert the garage to another room. I think they were built with the WWII vets in mind so they could start raising their families. What a perfect area for this! This community is still one of the most desired areas for first time home buyers and investors in the Sacramento area! It's a wonderful place to raise a family and even to retire in. There are stores near in the area, medical facilities including a hospital, schools, parks and even a community center with a pool!
